ZIMMERMANN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Accountant EU to join our Tax team.

Missions (EN)

• Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations;
• Prepare and transmit information to external tax advisors / accountants with regard to the preparation of tax returns;
• Review financial data and transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and reporting;
• Review accounting records, financial statements, taxes and other applicable financial reports;
• Assist with general tax administration, such as tracking tax payments / notices and preparing reconciliations;
• Participate in the preparation of tax estimates;
• Provide necessary documentation to any tax inquiries and audits from tax authorities;
• Working with the Tax team to identify and implement projects on various topics / issues as required.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

Missions (FR)

• Jouer un rôle clé dans le respect des lois et réglementations fiscales.
• Préparer et transmettre les informations aux conseillers fiscaux / comptables externes concernant l’établissement des déclarations fiscales.
• Examiner les données financières et les transactions afin d’assurer un traitement et un reporting fiscal appropriés.
• Contrôler les registres comptables, les états financiers, les taxes et autres rapports financiers applicables.
• Participer à l’administration fiscale générale, notamment le suivi des paiements et avis fiscaux, ainsi que la préparation des rapprochements.
• Contribuer à l’élaboration des estimations fiscales.
• Fournir la documentation nécessaire lors de demandes ou d’audits fiscaux des autorités compétentes.
• Travailler avec l’équipe fiscale pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des projets sur différents sujets ou problématiques selon les besoins.
• Assister dans la préparation des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
