A global portfolio management leader is looking for a junior consultant to join their team in Châtillon, France. In this role, you will help design and implement solutions for clients while learning from experienced consultants. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and be fluent in Korean and English. This position offers a gross salary of 40,000,000 - 50,000,000 wons per year, lunch allowance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Prestations

Lunch allowance of 200,000 wons per month

15 days paid vacation plus 1 additional day per year of experience

Up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year

Working from home allowed: 1 day per week

Overview

Planisware Korea LLC is looking for junior consultant to join our company. With more than 1000 customers worldwide and 30 years of existence, Planisware has established itself as a leader in the portfolio management space with recognitions from all major analyst firms including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, and more. Planisware has its headquarter in Paris and a worldwide presence : Germany, UK, Belgium, US, Canada, EAU, Japan, Singapore, Australia. Planisware created the Korean subsidiary in 2025 to target the Korean market.

As a consultant, your mission is to design, configure, and deploy Planisware solutions for our clients. Working as part of a team, you will interact regularly with clients to learn their internal processes and understand the needs of their organization.

As you gain experience, you will begin to take direct responsibility for critical aspects of the implementation. You will be able to apply your past experience and understanding of Planisware's capabilities to transform business requirements first into a comprehensive system design, and then into a functional, high-quality implementation of the Planisware solution.

By joining us, you will join a worldwide group and beneficiate of 30 years of experience, but at Planisware Korea itself, expect to join a startup working culture : small team (3-5 people at the beginning) with a flat hierarchy, open communication and autonomous workers. Also as part of small team, you will take on tasks beyond the typical consultant role – such as contributing to the pre-sales process by demonstrating the product to potential clients.

As a consultant :

You will be part of a project team, learning directly from experienced consultants and participating in key meetings.

You will be assigned an individual mentor, who will help you as you progress in your career with Planisware.

You will configure, test, deploy, and support Planisware applications for client organizations.

You will become deeply familiar with the business needs and processes of clients. As you become more skilled at understanding business needs and applying Planisware capabilities, you will be able to propose solutions that both meet requirements and facilitate the client's long-term success.

Qualifications & Experience

Must

• Curriculum: Bachelor degree or higher
• Professional experience: 0-2 years
• Understanding of database / object-oriented systems
• Quick learner, efficient multi-tasker, and team player.
• Capacity to take and organize notes.
• Native Korean-speaker
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Preferred

• Computer programming experience (object-oriented preferred)
• IT management studies
• Any professional proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, French, German is a plus

Remuneration package

• Permanent contract with a 3 months probation period
• Gross fixed salary 40 000 000 - 50 000 000 wons
• Lunch allowance : 200 000 wons per month
• Bonus up to 25%
