About the Role

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the French-speaking market. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service support, always ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, warranties, and troubleshooting.
  • Support customers with technical assistance, usage guidance, and order tracking.
  • Handle complaints and ensure fast, effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensure a positive and professional representation of the brand at all times.
Requirements
  • Native-level or fluent French speaker (C1/C2).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is a plus.
