Une entreprise de technologie médicale recherche un Technicien IT pour un contrat de 12 mois à Mouguerre. Vous fournirez un support technique, gérerez les incidents et les demandes tout en maintenant la documentation technique à jour. Le candidat idéal a au moins 5 ans d'expérience, maîtrise l'anglais et possède d'excellentes compétences techniques et organisationnelles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Anglais courant (niveau C1).
• Capacité d'interaction avec divers intervenants internationaux.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs internes.
• Gérer les incidents et les demandes dans le respect des meilleures pratiques ITIL.
• Documenter toutes les interventions dans les outils appropriés.

What You’ll Do

Due to a temporary increase in workload, we are seeking an IT Technician for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to internal users:
• Configure backup and restore systems for client computers
• Use client management tools
• Manage remote access tools
• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Handle IT Helpdesk calls/requests, monitor, process, and follow up on tickets
• Provide technical and system support on-site or remotely, including phone support
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, particularly those related to business applications

Contribute To a Global IT Support Organization

• Work within a global support structure aligned to a regional model
• Coordinate with both local and international teams, in close collaboration with the Service Desk team, to ensure service continuity and quality

Provide On-site Network Infrastructure Support

• Intervene locally on network hardware and coordinate with infrastructure teams during incidents or outages
• Configure network devices such as printers, scanners, and access points
• Install and configure antivirus software

Follow ITIL Processes Using ITNow

• Manage incidents, requests, and IT assets in line with ITIL best practices

Manage Organization, Documentation, And Technical Knowledge

• Plan and prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Document all interventions in the appropriate tools
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, and user guides

Profile

• Degree in IT or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent listening and communication abilities
• Ability to interact with a wide range of international stakeholders
• Flexibility, willingness to learn new technologies independently, proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams
• Experience with ticketing and asset management systems such as ITNow, NinjaOne, SysAid, GLPI, or similar
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including physical infrastructure and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP)
• Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)
• Microsoft, Networking (CCNA), or similar certifications are considered a plus
