A technology company in Mérignac is seeking an outstanding IT Technician (Help Desk Support) to provide tier 1 support for end users. This position includes diagnosing technical issues, delivering a high-quality IT experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in end-user support, strong technical skills in macOS and Windows, and a proactive approach to IT service management.
We’re looking for an outstanding IT Technician (Help Desk Support) to help spread the Wiz magic. Reporting to the Global IT Manager, you will work as part of the broader IT organization. Being reliable and quick on your feet will be your strongest assets as a pillar on this growing team responsible for a diverse portfolio of hardware and software products used by all Wizards across the globe
