Qualifications

Company Description

The company Egis Exploitation Aquitaine operates the A63 motorway in south west of France, between Salles and Saint-Geours de Maremne. In this context, the Technical Systems department is responsible for the maintenance of the motorway's energized equipment and the management of all office and business IT systems.

To accomplish this task, the department is organized into two units: equipment maintenance unit, and IT unit.

Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Technical Systems department manager, the IT and BI Technician assists the department manager in the IT and BI missions assigned to the Technical Systems department.

Main Activities

Ensure the maintenance and evolution of internal applications and Business Intelligence

• Monitor and correct incidents reported by users
• Respond to requests for changes
• Be proactive in proposing solutions
• Document programs

Implement new solutions

• Gather requirements from future users
• Write functional specifications
• Develop and implement selected solutions
• Monitor external contractors

Preferred knowledge

• Development: C#, PHP, Python
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
• BI: Business Object, PowerBI

Additional activitiesMonitor the health status of business systems

• Ensure regular monitoring of exchanges between the Atlandes toll system and payment method issuers
• Ensure regular monitoring of the health status of servers and computer workstations
• Interface with suppliers

• CFT tool (Axway), Pesit protocol

• Nagios, Eyes of Network, Centreon
• CIP standard (Standard for financial flow exchanges between motorways)

Ensure the maintenance of the office network

Qualifications

Necessary

• Business Intelligence: Management of Business Object or PowerBI
• Maintenance of internally developed applications (PHP, Python, C#)
• Database management (SQL language, DBA notions)
• Good network knowledge
• French, Technical English
• Report writing, documentation, meeting minutes
