We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Internal Consultant who will work and grow within the Information Systems department/unit and will report to the Salesforce Platform Domain Manager within a team of 25 co-workers.

What will be your mission at bioMérieux ?

As a key member of our Salesforce DevOps team, you will:

• Lead Salesforce deployments via GitHub across all environments (Development, Integration, Validation, Production).
• Manage code versioning and branching, ensuring consistency and traceability of changes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and the Platform & Release Manager to assess technical feasibility and contribute to project success.
• Train and support development teams on versioning tools and DevOps best practices.
• Maintain and enhance deployment scripts, while participating in transformation projects around DevOps.
• Promote development and deployment best practices within internal teams.

Who are you ?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or integration.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD) and their implementation in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform and GitHub.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Curious, rigorous, and agile with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
