Un institut de recherche en technologies solaires recherche un spécialiste en contrôle qualité et métrologie. Vous serez responsable des méthodes de mesure et de contrôle qualité des produits. Exigé : Bac + 5 en métrologie et 5 ans d'expérience en industrialisation. Poste basé à Palaiseau, cadre dynamique axé sur l'innovation.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en industrialisation de 5 ans.
  • Maîtrise des outils statistiques appliqués à la mesure.
  • Connaissance des outils de contrôle pour les photovoltaïques est un plus.

  • Développer et optimiser les méthodes de contrôle qualité.
  • Garantir la fiabilité et la traçabilité des données de contrôle.

The Photovoltaic Institute of Île-de-France, institute for energy transition, is a scientific and technical center dedicated to the research and development of solar technologies. On its site located in Paris-Saclay, it brings together its own staff, employees of its partners and those of external companies. The IPVF aims to ambition to become one of the main global centers for research, innovation and training in the field of energy transition.

The IPVF aims to primary objective of improving the performance and competitiveness of photovoltaic cells and developing disruptive technologies relying on four levers:

  • An ambitious research program;
  • The reception, on its Paris-Saclay site, of more than 200 researchers and their laboratories;
  • A cutting-edge technological platform (8 m²) open to players in the photovoltaic sector, and bringing together more than 000 cutting-edge equipment located in clean rooms.
  • A training program mainly based on a master's degree, supervision of doctoral students, and continuing education.
JOB CONTEXT

Under the industrialization program of the IPVF and to strengthen our teams, we are offering a mission dedicated to the implementation of metrological controls and industrialization methods for the development of thin-film materials.You will be responsible for the measurement and quality control methods for the program's products and processes. This position is ideal for a motivated engineer wishing to join a dynamic team, focused on innovation and committed to sustainable development.

MAIN MISSIONS

– Participate in the implementation of the production of perovskite modules on the program’s prototyping line

– Develop, optimize and structure measurement and quality control methods for perovskite products and processes.

– Guarantee the reliability, repeatability and traceability of control data, in collaboration with production and R&D activities, ensuring the consistency of achievements.

To do this, you will be asked to:

  • Carry out capability studies (R&R, Kappa, ANOVA) and set up control charts, SPC.
  • Define, validate and improve production control methods (IV, EL, aging, luminescence, etc.) in a process of continuous improvement of our control and measurement tools.
  • Deploy the measurement techniques or monitoring methods defined during R&D studies and propose improvements with technical experts.
  • Develop designs of experiments (DoE) to qualify new measurement methods.
  • Centralize and track control data to ensure its proper use in conjunction with the data engineer.
  • Ensure the transfer of methods to technical teams.
  • Participate in the qualification of measuring equipment and the drafting of associated procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and compliance with internal/external standards.
  • Ensure protocols are updated with constant synchronization of improvements and deployment in production.
  • Act as equipment manager for devices within your scope of activity.
  • Participate in technological monitoring, drafting of patents and publications.
REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience in industrialization (semiconductors, electronics, materials, etc.) of approximately 5 years.

Mastery of statistical tools applied to measurement: R&R, ANOVA, SPC, DoE.

Knowledge of control tools for photovoltaics is a plus: IV, EL, climatic chamber.

Ability to work in interface with all skills (production, R&D, maintenance).

Understanding of technical English.

Other assets: Knowledge of quality standards (Six sigma, etc.). Experience in transferring methods or deploying measurement standards.
