A leading firm in sports and entertainment is seeking an International Sales Manager to develop and manage global partnerships to drive revenue growth. This role requires a Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in sports or media sponsorship sales. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and networking skills, and fluency in English and French is essential.

We are partnering with a leading rightsholder in the sports and entertainment sector to recruit an International Sales Manager.

The Role

You will focus on developing and managing international partnerships to drive revenue growth. This includes identifying potential global brand partners, creating tailored sponsorship proposals, and leading negotiations through to contract finalization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and legal teams to deliver impactful partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage international brands in key sectors aligned with the organization’s image.
  • Develop prospecting strategies and uncover new revenue opportunities through partnerships.
  • Build customized sponsorship proposals that align with the objectives of potential partners.
  • Work with internal teams to design, validate, and implement tailored partnership initiatives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs for revenue generation.
  • Contribute positively to the team with energy, initiative, and collaboration.
About You
  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing, with a sports focus.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sports or media sponsorship sales, with an international dimension.
  • Proven commercial success in international markets.
  • Skilled at presenting complex offers and tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Experience closing deals, including financial and contractual negotiations.
  • Established international network in sports or entertainment sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English and French.
