A global assistance organization based in France is seeking an experienced individual to provide telephone support and logistical arrangements for travelers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and French, possess customer service experience, and thrive in an international environment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Telephone reception, support and advice for travelers and expatriates in difficulty during international travel,
  • Setting up the logistical aspects of evacuations and repatriations, in collaboration with medical and safety experts,
  • Documentation of interventions on the various dedicated platforms,
  • Monitoring the financial and contractual aspects of assistance cases,
  • Collaboration with our worldwide assistance centers to organize assistance and / or logistical arrangements,
  • On a voluntary basis, occasional back-up missions to our assistance centers in Nouméa, Milan, Madrid and Mauritius.
Conditions
  • 35-hour permanent contract
  • Working hours between 07 : 30 and 22 : 30, on rotating shifts
  • Remuneration : 2250 Euros gross per month
  • 13.5 months + statutory supplements
About you
  • With a minimum of 2 years' higher education, you are fluent in English and French. Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a third language would be highly appreciated.
  • You have initial experience in customer service and are comfortable using IT tools and media.
  • You are organized, rigorous and able to adapt to changing situations,
  • You have an appetite for teamwork, a sense of empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others,
  • Last but not least, you have a definite attraction for international, multicultural and dynamic environments!
