A leading finance firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire and manage International Vendor Programs in Industrial Equipment and Transportation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in the leasing market and a strong understanding of vendor finance. The position emphasizes building relationships and negotiating agreements on a global scale. A fluent English speaker with an entrepreneurial mindset is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, making this an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the industry.
Working within the Industry & Vendor Management department of BPCE ES, the main role of the BDM is to acquire new International Vendor Programmes within the Industrial Equipment and Transportation sectors.
The geographical scope for new Vendor origination will be Global.
Create, manage and convert a pipeline of defined target IVP’s
Create and manage a pipeline of target International Vendor Programs (IVPs) in the Industrial Equipment and Transportation sectors.
Collaborate with leadership to identify target IVP accounts and develop strong relationships with key vendor contacts.
Position BPCE ES as a credible financing partner and secure new business opportunities, both locally and globally.
Negotiate and finalize International Master Agreements with prospects, in cooperation with relevant teams.
Maintain a virtual IE&T business development community for consistent communication among local BPCE ES teams.
Participate in conferences and trade fairs to enhance brand awareness and foster relationships with target IVPs.
Engage actively in all Global BD and IVM team meetings, contributing to collaborative efforts.
Take part in events like Sales Seminars, International Week, and Vendor Conferences to support team initiatives.
Communicate new relationship details to all BPCE ES markets following International Master Agreement signing and facilitate local introductions.
Ensure the IVP program generates net business volume (NBV) output and is ready for transition to an IVM Program Manager.
Provide enthusiastic support for the successful transition of new IVP relationships to a dedicated program manager as appropriate.
