HR Business Partner France (m/f/d)

Olympus France SAS (OFR) | Chief Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory & Support: Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, providing proactive guidance on a wide range of HR and personnel-related matters, including labor law topics
  • Contribution to HR Initiatives: Coordinate and support the implementation of key HR processes such as the annual performance management cycle, salary and bonus reviews and personnel planning
  • Recruitment & Employer Branding: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and support selected phases of the recruitment process, contributing to a strong employer brand in the region
  • People & Culture Development: Participate in cultural development activities, change management efforts, and team workshops, bringing in fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance organizational culture
  • Data-Driven HR Operations: Utilize HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to analyze and interpret HR data, delivering actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborative HR Partnership: Maintain close cooperation with local HR colleagues, the HR Operations team, and subject matter experts across EMEA (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation)
Qualifications
  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Coordinator or Junior HR Business Partner)
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational abilities and a preference for working independently in a dynamic, agile environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Initial knowledge or experience with French labor law
  • Strong interest in international collaboration and excellent communication skills in both French and English
