Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor for Continental Europe based in Paris or Frankfurt. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager of Continental Europe, you will be an integral part of our HR team, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences and drive business growth.

What will you do?
  • Responsible for carrying out HR administration responsibilities supporting Continental Europe across all business areas.
  • As the primary support to the HR Manager Continental Europe, liaise with employees and key business managers across Continental Europe to deliver HR-related activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the business, HRBPs, larger HR Shared Services and Payroll team to ensure all data and administration activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support with the onboarding of new providers and follow up all actions required using our internal tools and systems.
  • Support and deliver local ad-hoc requests/tasks as needed.
  • Support with the preparation of the work council (CSE) in France when required.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Demonstrable experience working as an HR Assistant/HR Advisor/HR Generalist in a multicultural and fast-paced corporate environment.
  • German and English languages mandatory.

Nice-to-have

  • Knowing the Banking/Financial sectors
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of WorkDay would be useful, and excellent knowledge of Excel.
