Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

About the role:
  • Manage and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, staffing levels, and inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Develop training programs for the housekeeping staff, focusing on operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room readiness and address guest requests efficiently.
  • Implement policies and procedures related to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
