Business travel: 25-40%

Reports to: Head of Country Poland

KWS Lochow Polska Sp.z o.o. is looking for an experienced Head (m/f/d) of Sales, who combines strategic thinking with a strong market flavor and experience in the management of a large team. Someone who naturally combines data, commercial intuition, and decision-making and can translate strategy into measurable results.

Your mission:
  • You will develop and implement a sales strategy for four main crops: sugar beet, corn, rapeseed, and cereals
  • You will lead a sales team of over 30 people, including 5 Regional Managers
  • You will build long‑lasting relationships with key distributors and industry partners
  • You will be a partner to the Management Board – you will bring your market expertise and help manage the organization
  • You will combine cross‑functional activities with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance
  • You will manage the budget and bear full responsibility for sales results (approx. PLN 250 million)

  • A partner who can build relationships within the company and with external customers
  • A person who acts with responsibility, transparency, and courage
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required
