About the Role

Timeleft is scaling fast across 60+ countries, and we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to optimize and scale our multi-million euro paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

This role is 70% execution, 30% strategy. We’re looking for an marketing manager experienced in media buying, data-driven strategy recommendations, and testing and aggressively scaling new channels.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Review performance and set up high volume of new ad creatives.
  • Manage and scale campaigns spend based on ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC metrics.
  • Review creative performance of campaigns assets and share optimization and scaling insights and recommendations with our in-house creative team.
  • Use channel and analytic tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc) data to review campaigns performance and share insights and recommendations with your team.
  • Collaborate on experiments and day-to-day work with product and data teams to improve our tracking and attribution, conversion funnel, activation, churn prevention and other business metrics.
  • Propose, set up, monitor, and report on creative, media buying, channel, and other experiments.
  • Monitor and report any gaps or bugs in tracking and attribution using channel and third-party tools.
  • Communicate and document your work proactively using Slack and Notion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a performance marketing role in a tech company.
  • 2+ year experience managing at least $10M/mo spend, including at least $1M/mo spend on Meta, and at least $100k/mo spend on Google and on TikTok.
  • 5+ year experience launching and managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • 5+ year experience working with internal or third-party marketing and product analytic tools.
  • Experience scaling spend at least 10x (for example, from $100k to $1M, or from $1M to $10M).
  • Experience launching and scaling new channels.
  • Experience designing, launching, and reporting on experiments in collaboration with product and/or data teams (A/B tests, incrementality tests, etc) for conversion funnel optimization, reactivation, churn prevention, or other relevant goals.
  • Experience in reporting and proactive communication, cross-team collaboration, day-to-day autonomous decision making, strategic proposal, asynchronous work best practices.
  • Preferred, but not required:
  • 1+ year of experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer (or other MMP), and PostHog (or other product analytics tool).
  • Experience setting up and/or troubleshooting attribution or tracking with the engineering/data teams.
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL and desire to practice and improve it.
  • Google, TikTok, Meta Blueprint, Apple Search or other industry certifications.
  • Experience launching and managing campaigns on other channels (e.g. Reddit, Quora, AppLovin, etc.)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, another language is a plus.
  • Experience building and/or optimizing landing pages.
  • Experience in SEO and/or ASO.
