A global leader in shipping and logistics is seeking a Group Mergers and Acquisitions Expert (M/F) to guide strategic development projects from their headquarters in Marseille. The role requires a Master's degree, with at least 5 years of experience in M&A or investment banking. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic initiatives, conducting market analysis, and leading transaction processes. Fluency in English and French is essential. You will work in a dynamic environment with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

As part of its strategic growth, CMA CGM is seeking a M&A Manager.
Reporting to the M&A Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will contribute to guiding strategic development projects in close collaboration with the Group’s Executive Management.
The M&A Expert reports directly to the Deputy Vice President – Head of M&A. This position is 100% based at the headquarters in Marseille.
