A prestigious fragrance company seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee operational management of the central distribution center and coordinate global logistics flows. This role requires ensuring compliance with service levels, optimizing costs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates should have a Master's degree in Logistics and at least 5 years of experience in the logistics domain, preferably in the Cosmetics sector. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, ideally in the Cosmetics sector.
• Experience with flammable liquids regulations (ADR/IATA/IMDG).
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with delivery lead times and service levels.
• Manage relationships with distribution center and stakeholders.
• Report logistics KPIs and propose improvements.

Connaissances

Multi-channel logistics flows understanding

Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills

Analytical rigor

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel

Fluent in French and English
