Description du poste

Promote and ensure compliance with TotalEnergies HSE requirements during all activities and interactions. Integrate safety as a core value throughout all project phases, from initial design to final commissioning.

Act as the main point of contact for TEPA regarding assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives, including their definition, design, and implementation follow-up within the designated scope.

Responsible for weekly, monthly, yearly, and other progress reporting, as well as PDC estimations related to assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives. Support the integration of new tools (e.g., Power BI, NEMS, CFR Pro) and continuously improve reporting methods to enhance data capture and sharing.
Provide support to the LTP exercise for all matters related to the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives.

Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CFR Pro to track and monitor assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives for TEPA. Contribute to the definition of the GHG initiatives team budget (as part of the DSP annual budget) and its regular follow-up, aligning with cost-reduction strategies.

Provide technical assistance on flaring policy and coordinate initiatives resulting from flaring event investigations. Ensure the update or creation of SIM procedures related to the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives for TEPA.

Assist in the creation and follow‑up of CFR GHG ES roadmaps for the assets, including status updates of all initiatives. Identify and develop new initiatives, collaborate with assets and departments to build roadmaps, add initiatives, and communicate progress.

Liaise with HQ (One Tech and One CFR team) on assigned initiatives, ensuring knowledge sharing among TotalEnergies sites. Assess the applicability of new initiatives for TEPA and integrate relevant ones into the roadmaps.
Serve as interim Head of Initiatives and Quick Wins Service as required.

Profile

University degree in rotating, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline. Experience in project development or other relevant project roles is an advantage.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational or engineering position with significant responsibility.

Fluent in English; good knowledge of Portuguese. French is considered a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or virtual meeting platforms is an additional asset.
