Are you an experienced hotel General Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic is seeking a highly motivated and talented Hotel General Manager to lead our team at this modern urban resort destination and ensure the smooth operation and success of our property. Find us in central Nice, directly connected to the Nice-Ville train station, and just 23 minutes from Monaco and 31 minutes from Cannes. We’re located in the 'Iconic' building, 10 minutes from the seafront, Promenade des Anglais, Old Town, and museums. This exciting General Manager position will be responsible for managing the hotel, Hotel Management team, and hotel targets to deliver excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current or previous experience as a General Manager within a similar quality hotel and have an entrepreneurial approach.
