Job Responsibilities
1. Europe Subsidiary Operations
- Establish and manage the local subsidiary in alignment with the company’s goals and operation standards.
- Oversee daily operations and make sure the local entity meets strategic goals and performance targets set by the HQ.
2. Sales & Business Performance
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in the local market.
- Coordinate with the headquarter and local team to ensure achievement of sales and operational KPIs.
3. Retail Network Expansion
- Actively expand the retail footprint through local franchise partnerships and direct store openings.
- Grow market share by enhancing channel presence and consumer reach.
4. Profitability & Cost Management
- Drive operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain strict cost controls to achieve profitability goals and ensure long-term business sustainability.
5. Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and lead a high-performing local management team.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline to support future business growth and succession planning.
6. Brand Localization & Marketing
- Collaborate with the group’s branding and marketing teams to design and implement localized brand strategies.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and relevance within the local market.
7. Public Relations & Crisis Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, including government entities, media, and business partners.
- Proactively manage potential crises and safeguard the company’s reputation in the region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a well-known retail company.
- Proven track record in managing Europe local operations and driving business performance.
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills. Can inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English & one of major Europe local languages (German, Italian, or French)
- Familiarity with Europe local market landscape, legal regulations, and local business practices.
