You're the perfect fit if you have:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Full-stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a specialisation in backend development.
• Member-facing product expertise - you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale.
• Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset — you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team dynamic.
• Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
• Humble and still willing to grow.
• Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
