A customer service company is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires native or C2-level French and the right to work in Portugal, with on-site work in Braga. We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level French (mandatory)
• Valid EU ID
• Right to work in Portugal
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on-site in Braga

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00 (rotational)

2 days off per week (rotational)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: €168 (paid over 12 months)
• Complexity Bonus: Not applicable
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
• Paid Holidays: 22 days per year
