A recruitment solutions company in France is seeking freelance recruiters to support its Executive Search & Headhunting team. The role offers flexible working hours, is 100% remote, and requires a high level of autonomy, result-oriented mindset, and proficiency in English. Ideal candidates will have technical recruiting knowledge across various sectors, including IT and government roles, and should be familiar with HRIS & ATS systems. We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asiaand LATAM!

You willheadhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clausefor our open vacancies and get an attractivecommission scheme!

IMPORTANT : WE EXPECT FROM OUR HEADHUNTERS A HIGH LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AND TO BE 100% RESULT-ORIENTED : If you are not going to commit to the assigned projects a few hours a week, please do not apply!

✅ Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge in Executive roles

✅ Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge in IT & AI roles

✅ Experience working with Government-related positions

✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)

✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
