Job Description

This position reporting to the Managing Director is at the core of launching a strategic new initiative for JobTeaser. You will play the role of a true intrapreneur at the intersection of strategy product and hands-on project management to build this new business from the ground up.

We are launching a new initiative and need people who are keen to roll their sleeves up to be part of a groundbreaking venture aiming to revolutionize skill-based student employment by 2026.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and launch of a new business line for JobTeaser focused on opening up new AI-based opportunities for students graduates and experts.

What does this mean on a daily basis

Strategy & Go-to-Market : Define the operational model and growth strategy for the service (pricing target specialties market positioning PMM).

Product / Process Design : Work closely with a dedicated team of developers and designers to design the product workflows and operations processes for the new business including coordinating make or buy decisions and partner selection.

Senior Project Management : Lead the project from conception to execution coordinating internal teams and external partners and ensuring Excom and Board support and approval.

Client Operations : Serve as the key contact early clients to understand and translate their specific needs into immediate projects and to inform product development.

Performance Monitoring : Set up the performance KPIs.

Qualifications : Who are you

You have 4 years of experience ideally in strategy (top-tier consulting firm) or in an intrapreneurial role (Founder Associate Founders in Residence or similar role in a scale-up). Entrepreneurial experience is also a plus.

You are product-driven and enjoy driving complex projects in a technical environment.

You have the soul of a builder : you are capable of defining the strategy and getting your hands dirty to implement it.

You are comfortable with client negotiation (B2B) and presenting value propositions.

You have excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up is a plus.
