A leading Support-as-a-Service firm is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional support in a fully remote environment. The role requires C1 proficiency in both English and German, along with previous experience in customer support. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess analytical skills. The position offers a fixed schedule, opportunities for training and growth, and a supportive international team. This is an opportunity to work with clients from over 30 countries and thrive in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

  • C1 proficiency in English and German both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed.

What you will do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls
  • Manage partner requests according to assigned tasks
  • Handle account services, data updates, identification issues, and account closures
  • Maintain clear and structured case documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
