A leading global beverage company in Paris is looking for a professional experienced in transfer pricing and international tax. You will manage complex organizational structures and ensure compliance with HR and tax regulations. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, analyzing the group's finance needs, and being part of the strategic thinking on mutualized organizations. Candidates must have 7-10 years of relevant experience, and fluency in French and English is mandatory. This position also offers the potential for hybrid work and an attractive compensation package.

Purpose of the position:

With the evolution of Pernod Ricard organization, the Group organization has become more complex in order to support the business i.e., the activity of certain group employees is for the benefit of other entities than their legal employer. In this context, the international tax team would like to bring finance skills in its practice to implement a sustainable framework for such complex organizations, to leverage on existing processes and documentation when creating new organizations and to ensure complex organizations are operating from financial, tax and HR standpoints. As such, the international tax team looks for its new member to be part of the strategic thinking on the Group mutualized organization, and as such, issue recommendations to improve the processes from a finance and tax perspective. In addition, the new member will also contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the Group transfer pricing policy and advise the Group on international tax on various projects related to transfer prices.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Coordination between complex organizations that trigger need for intra-group services
  • Interview key stakeholders (heads of mutualized organizations) to identify, understand the organization value adding functions, processes and governance in order to implement the processes necessary for the mutualized organization to be effective with a sound understanding of business needs
  • Leverage and coordinate the functional subject matter experts to improve the steering of new mutualized organizations and enhance the Group performance management
  • Act as a single point of contact with a transversal view, leveraging relevant functions experts support and guidelines, to support the implementation of the mutualized organizations framework
  • Coordinate and communicate the Group guidelines to global mutualized organizations via regional coordinators
Management of the finance process that ensures Group compliance with HR and tax constraints
  • Review and analyze the evolution of the Group organization and the resulting needs from a finance, tax and HR perspective
  • Coordinate the setting of new mutualized organizations
  • Animate the budget process (“rolling forecasts”) within the Finance community
Guidance of mutualized organizations within the Group
  • Manage guidance and provide toolkit to build the case for change to mutualized organizations
  • Support the definition and implementation of new mutualized organizations by providing a comprehensive framework and global expertise
  • Keep complex organization guidelines up to date in coordination with functional stakeholders (Tax, HR, legal…) leveraging feedback and return of experience to continuously improve guidelines and accelerators
Animation of the mutualized organizations community
  • Animate the global mutualized organizations governance
  • Define and animate the regional coordinators network
  • Participate to the global mutualized organizations governance
  • Supervise the correct usage of the defined framework & guidelines: ensure that the defined governance is in place in all complex organizations and efficiently manages its attributions (e.g.: performance monitoring, documentation & proof tracking, recharge process…)
Participate to the Group’s transfer pricing policy
  • As part of the transfer price team, have a strategic mindset; make propositions to consistently adapt the group organization so as to allow finance and tax constraints to meet group business objectives and deliver growth in the long term
  • Provide assistance and guidance on Group’s projects and reorganizations, proposing necessary adaptation to the constantly evolving tax environment and allowing to seize new opportunities
  • Participate to the year-end process to compute adjustment and determine transfer prices
  • Design, implement and adapt the group internal service fees process; be the tax business partner to ensure that group finance and HR objectives are met

  • Required years of professional experiences: 7 to 10 years with international experience on transfer pricing and international tax
