• At least 5 years of professional experience with special machinery in a Pharma company: assembly of mechanical components and commissioning of pharmaceutical or similar machinery
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills

• Fluent in French and basic knowledge of English or German

Key responsibilities - What we expect from you

• Provide on-site support for pharmaceutical equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct customer training on equipment operation
• Analyze customer production to optimize efficiency and propose solutions for increased productivity
• Install, move-in, and commission aseptic filling and packaging machinery in cleanroom environments
• Modify machinery for repairs or upgrades based on engineering developments
• Establish maintenance, spare parts, and calibration schedules
• Collaborate with colleagues in Germany for troubleshooting and information sharing, spending approximately 90% of your time onsite with clients
