A leading AI and Autonomous Driving Tech company in France seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales service for their robots. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training, requiring a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field. Proficiency in French and Mandarin is essential, along with hands-on capabilities in electronics. Candidates should be diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel domestically is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, automation, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in after-sales or technical support.
• Strong hands-on capabilities with mechanical electronics circuits.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to dealers and service partners to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Conduct product maintenance and technical upgrades for stable equipment operation.
• Analyze and generate reports for robot after-sales issues.
• Conduct on-site testing and provide feedback.
• Assist in collecting after-sales issues and product improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Train dealers and service partners for better service capabilities.
