What will you do?

1. Provide audit services to a diversified portfolio of national and international clients, either under a manager's responsibility or in direct collaboration with a partner (mainly legal audits, but also contractual audits);
2. Participate in organizing and supervising audit assignments:
1. Manage team planning;
2. Implement mandates respecting deadlines and quality standards (internal and external);
3. Help ensure the profitability of missions within the budget;
4. Maintain regular contact with clients to build lasting, trusting relationships, anticipating and responding to their needs;
5. Contribute to developing BDO's portfolio through your professionalism and proactive approach.

This offer is for you if:

1. You hold a master’s degree in economics, Management, or Business School, preferably with an audit or control specialization;
2. You have at least 2 years of experience in External Audit in Luxembourg;
3. You are preparing for a professional qualification (IRE, ACCA, etc.);
4. You speak English and German or French fluently.
5. You possess excellent communication skills, are flexible, and capable of managing unexpected situations;
6. You have a talent for training, motivating, and developing employees, measuring your success through your team’s achievements.
