The Expediting & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in cutting-edge projects focused on energy transition, low‑carbon solutions, and renewable technologies. Operating within the Project Services Department of the Project Operations Business Division, this role reports directly to the Supply & Subcontracting Group Manager.
Acting as the key interface between the project team and the equipment supplier, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution by overseeing material procurement, monitoring equipment manufacturing, and coordinating timely deliveries. Your key responsibilities include:
Your main missions will be as follows:
Training as a Master’s graduate (BAC+5) specialized in purchasing and/or logistics;
You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial projects — particularly in refining, petrochemicals, energy transition, or renewable energy sectors.
You have a background in team leadership and subcontractor coordination, and you demonstrate a strong technical understanding of equipment manufacturing processes and the associated documentation requirements.
You are familiar with Incoterms, international logistics practices, and the commercial and legal documentation involved in major export operations.
You have proven ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and international teams.
