A leading international business law firm in Paris is looking for an Executive Assistant. You will manage complex travel arrangements and support lawyers on cross-border cases. Applicants should be fluent in French and have excellent English skills with at least three years of experience in an international law firm. The position offers a salary of up to 50k€ annually, plus benefits including health insurance and meal vouchers.

A leading international business law firm advising public and private companies, financial institutions and governmental organizations is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in their Paris office.

You will be part of a team of 13 professionals, including 3 partners and 10 associates, and will work in close collaboration with a senior assistant already in place.

The role involves significant logistical coordination and travel management, supporting lawyers working on complex cross-border cases.

Responsabilities :
  • Coordinate complex and frequently changing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
  • Proactively manage agendas, meetings, and schedules for multiple fee earners.
  • Prepare and organize hearing bundles and pleadings, ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Format and edit legal and business documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Draft and proofread letters, court documents, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department for pitches, presentations, and CV updates.
  • Handle file openings, engagement letters, billing, and archiving.
  • Manage administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, filing, archiving).
  • Organize and follow up on recruitment interviews within the department.
Profile required :
  • Fluent in French (native or near-native) and excellent level of English (written and spoken);
  • At least 3 years’ experience within an international law firm.
