A leading video-sharing platform is seeking an Event Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship) to assist in designing and delivering events for clients and partners in an international context. This position includes supporting logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance, along with ongoing mentoring for skill development. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a background in relevant fields and fluency in French and English. The role offers hybrid working conditions with an apprenticeship contract lasting 12-24 months with competitive perks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience via internship or apprenticeship in event coordination is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is appreciated.

Description du poste

Dailymotion Advertising is seeking an Event Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship) to support the design and delivery of events for clients prospects and partners across multiple regions.

Note on scope and mindset : The responsibilities and skills listed below are indicative and non-exhaustive. We are looking for potential and a learning mindset as much as experience. As an apprentice you will be coached by a designated mentor and the team with progressive responsibilities to help you acquire and strengthen the remaining skills throughout the program.

Event Planning & Logistics
  • Assist in coordinating tailor-made events
  • Participate in bookings (venues hotels flights ground transfers restaurants hospitality suites tickets)
  • Help build and maintain timelines androadmaps
  • Assist in defining event selections help manage RSVPs and attendance tracking
Budgeting & Procurement

Contribute to event cost estimates and forecasts

Support vendor onboarding and PO creation follow up on invoicing with Finance and Procurement.

Identify savings opportunities (early bird promotional rates partnerships negotiated rates etc.) for team validation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Support day-to-day coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners (clients prospects travel / event agencies venues service providers).

Help ensure clear timely communications (briefs invitations confirmations itineraries guest communications)

Compliance Marketing

Align with Legal and Compliance on hospitality guidelines handle guest data (lists invitations images) in a GDPR-compliant manner under supervision.

Work with Marketing to design and deliver events ensuring concepts and materials follow brand guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Help produce post-event reports (KPIs budget vs. actuals feedback learnings).

Maintain supplier databases benchmark venues and experiences proactively suggest new concepts / formats / partners for review.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program (Bac3 / 4) or Masters in Event Management Communications Marketing Business Hospitality or related field. Eligibility for an apprenticeship contract in France is required.

Prior experience via internship or apprenticeship (ideally in event coordination marketing communication or business) is preferred.

Languages

fluent French and English required Spanish Italian or Portuguese appreciated.
