A leading spend management firm in Paris is seeking an Event & Community Coordinator to support various marketing events. This role involves planning and executing company events, managing third-party event appearances, and collaborating with sales teams for effective post-event follow-ups. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in event coordination and strong communication skills, with the capacity to work across multiple markets. An additional European language is a significant advantage.

As Event & Community Coordinator, you support the planning and execution of all Payhawk experiences – from our owned Future CFO community events to 3rd‑party conferences, webinars, and brand ambassador activations.
Your mission is to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on brand: the right people in the room, a high‑quality experience on the day, and clean handover of leads and insights back into the business. You’ll be the operational backbone of Payhawk’s Experiential Marketing team.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who loves details, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in B2B experiential and community marketing.
