A global diagnostics leader based in Grenoble is looking for a Labor Relations Manager – Legal Counsel to manage labor relations, provide legal support for HR teams, and lead negotiations with employee representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Labor Law and have 5+ years of experience in labor law, preferably in industrial settings. As Labor Relations Manager – Legal Counsel, you will play a key role:

You will be responsible for managing both individual and collective labor relations for both sites, Grenoble (38) and Verniolle (09). Working closely with the Site Director, you will lead various meetings with employee representatives and initiate or participate in specific development projects.

At the France level: You will provide legal expertise to support HR teams and managers in a complex and constantly evolving environment, and contribute to the preparation of collective bargaining negotiations.

This position reports to the Director of Employee Relations France.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Advice and expertise: Provide legal support on labor relations, employment law, and the management of employee representative bodies.
  • Collective relations management: Prepare and secure negotiations with labor unions, monitor collective agreements, and ensure proper implementation at the sites under your responsibility.
  • Operational support: Assist People Partners and managers with individual issues (disciplinary actions, litigation, etc.).
  • Legal monitoring: Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory developments in labor law.
  • HR projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects related to transformation and the evolution of social practices or HR development at the sites.
Who are you?
  • Education: Master’s degree (Master 2) in Labor Law or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in labor law, ideally in an industrial and international environment.
