Une entreprise leader de la mode optique recherche un Marketing Manager expérimenté pour définir et déployer la stratégie marketing des marques Nikon et Kodak à travers l'EMEA. Le candidat idéal possède plus de 6 ans d'expérience en marketing et développement commercial, ainsi qu'une solide expertise en gestion de marque et innovation produit. Ce rôle se base à Charenton-le-Pont et implique la gestion d'une petite équipe tout en collaborant avec des équipes commerciales et marketing à l'échelle régionale.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en marketing B2B-B2C et développement commercial.
  • Antécédents dans la gestion de marque et l'innovation produit.
  • Capacité à gérer et à développer des équipes dans une organisation matricielle.

Responsabilités

  • Définir et déployer la feuille de route marketing pour Nikon et Kodak.
  • Surveiller la performance commerciale : suivi des ventes et part de marché.
  • Gérer l'introduction de l'innovation et coordonner les plans de lancement.

As part of our growth strategy for the Mainstream portfolio and Partner Brands (notably Nikon Lenswear and Kodak), we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy and business development across the EMEA region.

With over 100 years of heritage, Nikon is well known for its masterful Japanese craftsmanship and advanced innovative technology in high-precision optics. The brand has a strong R&D ecosystem that supports all its business units including the ophthalmic division, Nikon Lenswear. Since 1946, Nikon Lenswear continues to hold its strong position as one of the most innovative ophthalmic brands and is home to many world's first innovations in spectacle lenses technologies. The brand is devoted to using its knowledge and understanding of sight to bring a unique life experience to each wearer of Nikon’s spectacle lenses.

Since January 1, 2024, EssilorLuxottica had permanently added Kodak, one of the world’s most well-known and trusted brands, to its portfolio.

Mission:

Strategic development

Define and roll out the marketing roadmap for Nikon, Kodak, and the Mainstream offer across 7 key geographies (France, Italy, Iberia, North, DACH, East, META).

Drive growth, profitability, and competitiveness of Partner Brands and Mainstream segments.

Identify new business opportunities (private label, trade brands) in a complex, multi-network environment.

Enhance synergies with other categories (instruments, frames, Transitions, digital solutions, medical approach).

Local execution & business performance

Support and challenge local teams to ensure best-in-class marketing plans and portfolio management.

Work with Key Account Directors to strengthen positions in major accounts and tenders.

Monitor business performance: sales tracking, market share, and corrective action plans.

More specifically on Nikon Lenswear :

Develop and deploy the Nikon Lenswear value proposal:

Manage innovation's introduction & coordinate launch plans (Emea Operations, Trainings, In-store material, Comm pack)

Roll out the BtC campaigns & activations in relation with Global Marketing (Nikon and Kodak), Media and PR

Manage the Partnership program implementation and animation, creating content to nourish it across the region

In-store experience: Ensure the deployment of physical and digital solutions on the field

Increase our number of doors and/or our current customers’ productivity by having Nikon Lenswear value proposal strong and competitive and by successfully leveraging our partnership programs with Ecps.

Report to the JV our business performance but also the needs of the Region

Ensure the quality of local execution, in line with brand equity and business ambition.

More specifically on the Mainstream business :

Lead product innovation to maintain a competitive portfolio.

Ensure fast execution of strategic decisions with EMEA management and Key Account teams.

Other general R&R related to the role:

Define value creation: pricing strategy, product positioning, margin

Support the countries to ensure efficient launches: training, communication material, elements for roadshows

Lead performance analysis: sales tracking, in market performance, and implementation of required corrective actions in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Team

People Management: (Team based in HQ in Paris)

1 to 2 Brand Managers + 1 interim

EMEA Marketing Directors and brand managers

Global Lens Marketing Teams & Global Category Lead

Training Team

Other categories (Instruments, Frames...)

Others: R&D, Operations, supply chain

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 years+ of B2B-2C marketing experience and business development

Track record in brand management, product innovation and go-to-market execution

Strong command of the marketing mix: pricing, product, communication, distribution.

Keen to understand the technology behind the ophthalmic lenses

Experience in managing and developing people directly but ability to operate into a matrix organization

Additional assets: experience in retail, frames, or optical industry.
