Job description
As part of the agency’s editorial and digital team, reporting to a Consulting Director and under the supervision of the Head of Content & Digital, you will contribute to the development and delivery of impactful projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Your missions :
- Ensure production follow-up for assigned client projects, focusing primarily on organizational aspects.
- Oversee planning and briefing : allocate time for production teams, brief internal designers and external partners (writers, videographers, etc.), and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Participate in project conception : collaborate with designers on benchmarks, brainstorming sessions, and co‑creation workshops both internally and with clients.
- Develop snack content, craft designs, and leverage AI‑assisted content tools.
- Produce presentation materials to showcase ideas and project progress to clients, attend meetings, document minutes, and organize task lists to ensure rigorous project follow‑up.
- Conduct quality control on all deliverables before submission to clients.
- Manage tools and processes for production tracking, performance measurement, and client relationship management.
- Contribute to tender responses (if workload permits) : propose suitable methodologies and define project scopes in response to client briefs.
Your profile :
- Academic background in communication, media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in editorial, media, or content valorization projects; recognized for rigor, efficiency, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in English and French is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with digital tools and processes for production tracking and performance measurement.
- Mastery of generative AI such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT is a plus for improving day‑to‑day productivity.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality.
