In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage our technology solutions to streamline their operations and achieve their business objectives. We're looking for someone with a strong client-focused approach and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and business goals through comprehensive consultations.
  • Develop customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and enhance their operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients in using our products optimally.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new technologies to deliver informed, relevant advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is also preferred.
  • Experience in solutions consulting, customer support, or a similar field is advantageous.
