Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Digital Workplace Performance Manager (f/m) to join our IT department based in Marignane, France.

Accountabilities

Support the Head of Digital Workplace in all strategic topics. Manage user satisfaction of Digital Workplace products, and oversee global performance including operational, financial, and contractual aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage user satisfaction for all Digital Workplace products.
  • Animate discussions and define improvement initiatives with end‑user panels.
  • Monitor strategic KPIs for Digital Workplace.
  • Coordinate with Airbus Commercial Defence & Space to harmonise strategy and vision.
  • Manage major contracts with the Airbus Group procurement team and ensure supplier delivery quality.
  • Control the Digital Workplace operative plan and project budgets.
  • Propose continuous improvement based on data and event analysis.
  • Support product managers in performance monitoring.
Your expertise
  • Experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of data analysis.
  • Partner and subcontractor management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Leadership and pedagogical skills welcomed.
  • Good knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles.
  • Problem‑statement analysis and solution design thinking skills.
