As a newly established department, the Market Innovation & Development Department is dedicated to capturing Stainless Steel new business opportunities driven by megatrends and technological evolutions. Leveraging market intelligence, we identify emerging trends, competing materials, and strategic opportunities. The department defines, manages, and implements robust business cases for innovative ideas while fostering partnerships, ecosystems, and external relations.
