Une entreprise de conseil indépendante en numérique, recherche un Data Engineer/Data Analyst passionné pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Paris. Vous serez chargé de concevoir et maintenir l'architecture des données, développer des pipelines ETL, et créer des tableaux de bord pour optimiser les processus décisionnels. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en informatique et 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une forte maîtrise de SQL et des outils de visualisation comme Talend.

Job Description

Join the Digital and Innovation Department (DNI), within the Development & Data team, where data is at the core of our transformation strategy. We are looking for passionate talent to help build and optimize our data ecosystem. You will work in a stimulating environment where your contributions will directly impact decision-making and operational efficiency.

The team currently includes a team leader, a fullstack/devops developer and intern, a data engineer, and a data intern. We are also hiring a permanent Data Engineer / Data Analyst to strengthen this dynamic.

Your role will be central to our data projects, focusing on designing, maintaining, and evolving our infrastructure.

  1. Contribute to data architecture: Challenge and actively participate in designing our data architecture to ensure data usability, adhering to principles of non-redundancy, reliability, and GDPR compliance. The goal is to establish a modern, scalable architecture aligned with industry best practices.
  2. Build data governance: Assist in developing and applying standards (quality, security, lifecycle) to structure our data assets. Help define roles, responsibilities, and document processes for robust and sustainable governance.
  3. Engage in technological reflection: Propose tool and technology choices (databases, ETL, data visualization tools) to optimize our data value chain. Challenge current tools to find the best solutions for future needs.
  4. Implement data pipelines: Develop and maintain robust pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring data quality and proper storage.
  5. Create dashboards and reports: Collaborate with business teams to design relevant dashboards (using Looker Studio) to monitor key indicators and drive activities.
  6. Ensure data quality: Develop and deploy Data Quality scripts to proactively detect anomalies and inconsistencies, alert teams for quick resolution.
  7. Maintain and evolve existing flows: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of data synchronization processes, such as user provisioning and information flows (e.g., absences).
Your Profile: Hard Skills
  • Higher education in computer science, data science, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong technical component.
  • Experience in data architecture discussions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL tools, preferably Talend and Talend Administration Center.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and openness to challenge current tools and learn new technologies.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking for governance and data quality issues.
