You will assist users via chat email and phone ensuring the best viewing experience and resolving technical or account-related issues.
Schedule: 09 : 0022 : 00 Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts including bank holidays).
Mode: Fully remote (you must be based in Lithuania or Estonia).

Bonus: 100 gross / month (based on KPI)
Native or C1 / C2 Hebrew speaker
English B2 (written and spoken)
