Banqup develops and markets a solution in France for the satellite association of the Order of Chartered Accountants, ECMA. It is a PDP-approved invoice and payment management platform.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will act as the platform's ambassador and assist customers in registering on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our platform that supports entrepreneurs in managing their (financial) administration.
  • Motivate and assist accountants or resellers in defining and executing initiatives to engage their clients and encourage them to adopt and use BilltoBox, in close collaboration with our Sales & Business Development Managers.
  • Provide administrative support to accountants and resellers, such as sending mailings, newsletters, and webinar invitations.
  • Advise SMEs on the added value our platform brings to their business.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and have a strong commercial instinct.
  • You are eager to work within a sales team.
  • You are fascinated by IT/cloud solutions; affinity with invoicing and accounting is a plus.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • You are proactive, take ownership, and are well organized.
  • You are a good listener with strong presentation skills.
