Une entreprise internationale dans le secteur agroalimentaire recherche un Manager des Services Clientèle International basé à La Ménitré. Vous serez en charge de garantir la satisfaction des clients internationaux tout en dirigeant une équipe multiculturelle. Un diplôme de Master en Commerce International et cinq ans d'expérience en service client international sont requis. Des compétences en Incoterms et gestion documentaire d'exportation sont essentielles. Le poste offre un environnement de travail dynamique et de nombreux avantages.
Reporting to the Global Customer Service Manager based in La Ménitré, your main mission is to guarantee the satisfaction of our international clients by providing operational and managerial leadership to your team. You play a key role in coordinating between the sales, logistics, and finance departments, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer processes on an international scale.

Replacement because the previous Manager is moving out.
With a Master's degree in International Business (or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in an international customer service or sales environment, ideally in the agri-food, agricultural, or industrial sectors. Therefore, you master Incoterms procedures, managing large-scale export customs documentation, and regulatory practices. You are comfortable with IT, have experience with an ERP system (we use JDE), and will be able to learn our reporting tools. Furthermore, you demonstrate managerial skills through a successful experience as a teamleader. You are known for your proactivity and autonomy, your analytical and rigorous approach, and you will be able to use your interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to benefit both clients and colleagues. Fluency in English is required for this position, proficiency in another language (French, Spanish) would be a precious asset.
Salary to be determined based on your profile, 13th-month bonus paid monthly, 'Cadre' status.
Working hours: Daily package (211days/year), with a minimum of 14 days of paid time off (RTT) per year.
Profit-sharing bonus, management bonus (up to 1.5 months' salary).
