• Solving hiccups and making customers smile.
• Handling warranties & replacements.
• Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know what’s best).

• You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level).
• You have strong English skills.

• Problem-solving is your superpower.
• You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things don’t go as planned.
• Customer support, tech-support or sales experience is nice to have but not a dealbreaker.
