Desired Qualities
  • the willingness to participate in our mission to digitalise the logistics world by bringing modern solutions to the users, which significantly improve their daily work.
  • proficient Italian, English and French with the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication.
  • 2 / 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, experience in software companies would be really appreciated.
  • fast technical comprehension, are comfortable with Jira, MS Office Suite and Google tools, and willing to learn more.
  • high level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability.
