The Role

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to own paid social creative production end-to-end. This role combines creative strategy, UGC video production, and project management, with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, producers, editors, designers, and external creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset delivery
  • Develop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals
  • Brief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers)
  • Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisions
  • Manage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and payments
  • Prepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required)
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budgetCollaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists
  • Use performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization
  • Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC / eCommerce brands
  • Strong experience with UGC video production for performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience producing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and performance metrics
  • Solid project management and process ownership skills
  • Experience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendors
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is a strong advantage
