YOUR SHOES TO FILL

• Production and Project management :
• Manage overall projects organisation, timelines and budgets in coordination with the creative team, own all elements of shoot production, showroom and exhibition set up and installation, printing works.
• Photo & Video shoot coordination / management (team communications, talents and external teams casting / contact / booking and follow up, logistics, management of shoot budgeting, wrapping and payments).
• Prepare and send out call-sheets, be the liaison between all parties involved in every shoot to ensure clear communication on timings and logistics.
• Handle paperwork and admin for shoots, including any necessary permits, insurance, and ensure all shoots meet any health and safety compliances as required.
• Samples production / delivery coordination.
• Travel organisation / coordination.
• Post-production management (coordinate briefs, treatments, teams, timelines and deliverables).
• Assets management.
• Creative and Strategy support :
• Support creative & strategy projects with the creative lead : concept development, art buying, content strategy, timelines and associated budgets.
• Preparation of production notes and creative deck.
• Participation in the studio's life & communication.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

• Minimum 4+ years production experience with lifestyle, fashion, outdoor brands / projects.
• In-depth on-set photo / Video shoot deep experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong time management and ability to multitask.
• You independently provide / develop standard solutions for single and multidimensional problems / goals (operational, financial, people).
• You actively build and grow a worldwide network of talents, artists and suppliers.
• You keep up with technical trends, to best guide production needs.
• Strong negotiation skills, familiar with legal agreements and contracts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, rigorous, organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Team player with a solution-focused approach, great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate constructively.
• Comfortable working independently and in team dynamics.

• Adobe and Microsoft Office software management.
