A global company in the tobacco industry is seeking a Sales Manager for the French market. The role involves developing sales strategies and managing distributors to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the Tobacco or Vape sectors, along with strong communication and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications

  • More than 8 years of successful sales management experience in Tobacco / Vape industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and local language. Chinese is a plus.

Description du poste
Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy based on company targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth to achieve the business OKR in French Market;
  • Manage and develop distributors and sub-Ds to ensure they align with RELX strategy and requirement to drive sales volume;
  • Effective communication with customers and strong understanding & interpretation on distributor management;
  • Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities, plus other relevant marketing initiatives with a focus on maximized ROI;
  • Track sales goals and results and report to the management team.
Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field;
  • More than 8 years of successful sales management experience in Tobacco / Vape industry;
  • Strong Entrepreneurship to take ownership of the business, solve hard problems and deliver solid results;
  • Strategic and critical thinking ability. Able to dealing with ambiguity;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and external customers;
  • Proficient in both English and local language. Chinese is a plus.
