A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Cost Manager for a construction project in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing project budgets and financial forecasts, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Key responsibilities include tracking costs against budgets, preparing comprehensive reports, and evaluating financial impacts of project changes. This role is freelance/self-employed with a hybrid working pattern, requiring prior freelance experience and a right to work in the EU.

  • Prepare comprehensive cost reports and dashboards for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices against contractual terms and project progress.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of scope changes and ensure compliance with approval processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify cost optimization opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
